哲学博士学位,教授,德国洪堡学者。现任上海大学副校长,民革上海市委副主委、上海市政协常委。主要从事跨文化交流、德国语言与文化、哲学心理学等领域研究。曾获上海高校优秀青年教师、教育部出国留学人员培训部先进管理工作者等荣誉。发表学术论文数十篇,在德国慕尼黑iudicium出版社出版四部学术专(编)著,在商务印书馆出版两部心理学译著。
LIU Jianyong
Professor Liu Jianyong has served as Party Secretary of UTSEUS since September 2016. Previously, he was Deputy Director of the Human Resources Office at Shanghai University from 2009 to 2016. He earned his PhD in Environmental Engineering from Tongji University in 2003 and joined Shanghai University in August 2005. He is a member of the International Water Association (IWA) and the American Society for Microbiology (ASM), and has reviewed for more than 30 international SCI journals. His research interests include energy and resource recovery from waste and the development of novel environmental functional materials. Professor Liu has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in SCI-indexed journals, with over 900 citations and an h-index of 17. He holds three Chinese National Invention Patents and has led a number of research projects, including three currently funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
WANG Yong
Professor Wang has over 20 years of experience in the fields of energy batteries and environmental materials. To date, he has published more than 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals, which have received over 16,000 citations. He was named an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher from 2016 to 2022 and currently serves on the editorial boards of eight academic journals. In addition, he has been honored by the Shanghai Municipality with the Talent Training Award and the First Prize of the Natural Science Award.
Fabien PFAENDER
Professor Fabien Pfaender is a respected higher education administrator and a leading figure in Sino-French cooperation in engineering education. As the French Dean of UTSEUS, he serves as the principal representative in China of the French Universities of Technology Group (UT Group). In this capacity, he oversees the implementation of the French Grande École engineering education model within the Chinese higher education system, ensuring academic excellence, compliance with international accreditation standards, and the development of strategic partnerships between Shanghai University and its French partner institutions, namely UTC, UTT, and UTBM.
WANG Ling
WANG Ling, Ph.D., is a Professor and currently serves as Deputy Dean of the Sino-European University of Technology of Shanghai (UTSEUS). He has led and contributed to numerous major research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Doctoral Program Foundation of the Ministry of Education, key programs of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and multiple industry-sponsored projects. To date, he has published more than 80 academic papers and has been granted or registered for over 20 intellectual property rights. His collaborative achievements have been recognized with several prestigious honors, including the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the China Instrument and Control Society, and the Second Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.
HE Zhuoheng
Dr.He ZhuoHeng received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics from Shanghai University in 2010, 2013, and 2016, respectively. From 2014 to 2015, he was a joint Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical Engineering (ESAT) at KU Leuven, Belgium. From 2016 to 2018, he served as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Auburn University, USA. He joined the Department of Mathematics at Shanghai University in 2018 and is currently a Full Professor there. His research interests include matrix theory and its applications in systems and control, computational mathematics, and signal processing. He has authored or co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed papers published in SCI-indexed journals.
SUI Pingping
SUI Pingping holds a Master’s degree from the College of Humanities at Shanghai University. Previously worked at Shanghai University’s Admissions and Career Development Office, the Shanghai Vancouver Film School, and the Lisbon Institute. Since April 2024, has been serving as Director of Student Affairs at UTSEUS.
