On the afternoon of December 17, UTSEUS Leadership visited Akila Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a spin-off from the ADEN Group. The UTSEUS delegation included Professor Fabien PFAENDER, French Director of UTSEUS; Ms. Sui Pingping, Head of Student Affairs; Ms. Cheng Yanyan, Head of Industrial Relations; and Professor Zhao Ling, Director of the Laboratory Center and Information Office. Representing Akila Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. at the meeting were Mr. Philippe, Director; Mr. Zhu Wenhua, Pre-sales and Service Director; Mr. Chen Yelin, Energy Efficiency manager ; and Ms. Yu Zhengfang, HR Director.
Akila Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is an Asian startup incubated by the ADEN Group. Founded in 2021, the company is committed to driving deep transformation in the built environment. Akila's digital twin data platform provides asset portfolio managers with powerful data tools. Since its inception, Akila has established a strong industry-academia partnership with UTSEUS, actively participating in numerous events organized by the college and providing robust support in areas such as talent development and innovation competitions. During the visit, Professor Fabien PFAENDER, French Director of UTSEUS, and Ms. Sui Pingping, Head of Student Affairs, presented Corporate Mentor Certificates for the UTSEUS Innovation Competition "Integrate in Learning, Insight in Innovation" to Mr. Zhu Wenhua and Mr. Chen Yelin.


During this visit, both parties reached consensus on multiple fronts, including internship opportunities, support for innovation projects, and the cultivation of engineering talent. These agreements not only facilitate the effective allocation and optimization of educational resources but also play a positive role in stimulating the company's vitality. Both sides look forward to achieving more substantial outcomes in their future collaboration.
