Following the introduction of the meeting participants and the new members of the UTSEUS Joint Management Committee by both the Chinese and French sides, the newly appointed committee member and Executive Dean of UTSEUS, Professor Wang Yong, presented the 2024 work report. The report primarily covered undergraduate admissions, student selection for study in France, graduate demographics and career outcomes, master's student training, progress on undergraduate tuition fee adjustments, and highlights in international exchanges. Additionally, Dean Wang reported and analyzed the 2024 financial revenues and expenditures as well as the 2025 financial budget. He also outlined the college's future strategies, including expanding master's program specializations and enrollment, and the concept of French-taught master's programs.

Professor Fabien PFAENDER, French Dean of UTSEUS, detailed the French side's financial situation for the college in 2024. He analyzed the situation of Chinese students going to France to pursue French engineering degrees, and focused on the plans for the 2025 CTI accreditation process. He emphasized the critical tasks required to meet the timeline, including reforming the Bachelor's-Master's training program, updating the student course evaluation system, managing changes to Joint Management Committee membership, conducting a comprehensive alumni database survey, and refining internship programs and quality control measures. He also reported on the progress of innovative master's programs, future plans for research collaboration at the master's level, and expanding research partnerships.
